If you need urgent help during a ride
During a ride, the red SOS button is the fastest way to reach our safety team and your emergency contacts.
Open the Sawary app, tap the red SOS button on the ride screen. This shares your live location and ride details with your emergency contacts and notifies our safety team in real time.
If you are in immediate physical danger, contact emergency services first:
- Pakistan Police emergency: 15
- Rescue / ambulance: 1122
- Motorway emergency: 130
After a ride, if you want to report a safety concern that isn't an emergency, email haseebleoo@sawary.pk with the ride details. We review every safety report personally.
Support channels
For anything that isn't a safety emergency, the fastest way to reach us is the in-app Help & Support section:
- Open the Sawary app
- Go to Profile → Help & Support
- Pick a topic or tap "Contact support"
From there, you can also browse our help articles on common questions (KYC verification, refunds, ride issues, account problems).
